Private insurers
We accept most private insurance companies. Call reception and we will confirm your insurer, authorisation requirements and billing route before you come in.
Coverage and direct billing depend on your policy. Reception can confirm the required documents before your visit.
Before you come
Nothing complicated, these three items let reception check your coverage and billing route.
Any government photo ID. Reception copies it once and keeps it on file for future visits.
Physical card, digital card or the policy number alone, any of the three is enough to start billing.
Names and doses, in any language. Recent results or reports from home help too.

Most visitors pay here and reclaim at home. We give you everything the claim needs on the day.
Itemised, with diagnosis codes and the physician’s registration number, the format German, British and Scandinavian insurers ask for.
Findings, treatment given and any follow-up, issued in German, English or Spanish. You leave with it in hand rather than waiting on a translation.
Laboratory results, ECG traces and imaging on request, so your doctor at home does not have to repeat anything.
If you would like your treatment coordinated, we send the report directly to your doctor at home. Just ask reception.
